Shipping policy

Once you have successfully paid for your order, the goods will be packed and ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days. Most of your orders are dispatched the next working day, but during festive periods, holidays, or increased workloads, it may take up to 3 days to dispatch your order (If your order is particularly urgent, please contact me in a way that suits you!). Your order should reach you within 1-5 days, depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. Although delivery times may vary, I assure you that I will do my best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Shipping in Lithuania is available via LP EXPRESS, DPD or Omniva self-service terminals, as well as Venipak and DPD courier services. Sending abroad is only possible via Lietuvos paštas AB (registered mail, priority dispatch).

The cost of shipping depends on the delivery method you choose.

Note. If you choose delivery to LP Express, DPD or Omniva self-service terminals, please be sure to provide a valid telephone number. Please select the most convenient LP Express, DPD or Omniva terminal for you at the time of ordering (the system will allow you to select the post office in the last step after checkout). When the parcel is delivered to the self-service terminal of your choice, you will be informed by SMS with the unlock code for the door. If the parcel is not collected within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to the sender.
