Refund policy
To return an item, you can contact us by email (BALIBALIDECO@GMAIL.COM) or by phone (+370 626 55777). You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries. Refunds are issued within 14 working days from the date you received the product.
BALIBALIDECO has the right not to accept an exchange or return if the product is used, unlabelled or damaged, if the time limit for exchange/return has expired, or if it has been custom-made or customised.
IMPORTANT! The buyer is responsible for the shipping/delivery costs of exchanged or returned goods. Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded. Shipping costs are not paid.
